This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Enes Abdurrahman Bilgin (CodeWarrior), the developer of "Math Madness" (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not download or use the Game. License Grant Enes Abdurrahman Bilgin grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game on your compatible device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes. Ownership The Game and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Enes Abdurrahman Bilgin. You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you by this Agreement. Restrictions You shall not: a. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game. b. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game. c. Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game to any third party. d. Use the Game for any illegal purpose. Advertisements The Game may display advertisements from Google AdMob. You acknowledge that Enes Abdurrahman Bilgin is not responsible for the content of these advertisements. Data Collection The Game does not collect personal data from users. Any information gathered through advertisements is subject to Google’s privacy policies. Termination This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Game. Enes Abdurrahman Bilgin may terminate this Agreement if you breach any term herein. Disclaimer of Warranty The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Enes Abdurrahman Bilgin does not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enes Abdurrahman Bilgin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Changes to this Agreement Enes Abdurrahman Bilgin reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
